• What are my out-of-network behavioral health benefits for an office visit?

• What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?

• What is a reasonable rate for billing code 90791?

• What is a reasonable rate for billing code 90834?

We help you to process Out-of-Network Benefits. You pay each clinician’s self-pay rate for sessions. 

On the 10th of each month our practice’s client portal system automatically generates a Super Bill with all necessary information to submit to your health plan. If you need help with this process, we will do our best to provide you with necessary information.
